Josh...you’ve put together a first class website thats going to help a lot of folks.  I‘m a psychologist in a college mental health center...and I work with several student athletes.  The stigma surrounding mental health and help-seeking is a particularly greater for athletes..as the mantra “tough it out” has been planted in most of their brains since childhood.  Your long list of athletes with their stories about their mental health struggle...is invaluable...and I will begin referring my students to it..(my reluctant help-seekers)...right away. thank you so much for sharing your story and putting this website together.
