Thermal management is the capacity to control the temperature of a system and its subsystems, such as the interior, battery, and engine of an electric vehicle. This system requires an adequate engine coolant valve to turn off the coolant flow, regulate the coolant flow, and switch between coolant circuits. By directing heat to the heat exchanger core and limiting coolant flow for an ideal engine temperature, the engine zero flow feature of this coolant flow control valve provides quicker cabin heating.
